• Unlimited in-person meetings, email, and phone consultations, with a guarantee to return all inquiries within 24 business hours
• Assist with the selection and the planning of ceremony and reception music
• Ensure/assisting in designating someone to hold your mail and look after your home/pets while you are on your honeymoon   
• Invitation Concierge:
  • Assist with selection/design and wording of print items (save-the-dates, announcements, invites, programs, etc.)    
  • Addressing of the save-the-dates, invitations, and RSVP envelopes
  • Sending out of the save-the-dates and invitations through US mail
  • Guest list management and RSVP tracking including follow-up to guests who have not RSVP'd

  • Design activities/entertainment for out-of-state guests

This service begins approximately 2 months before your wedding, allowing you to relax in the final weeks before the big day arrives. Our team will provide you with:

• Unlimited emails and phone calls with two in-person meetings arranged within 2 months of your wedding date
• A guarantee to return all inquiries within 24 business hours 
• Up to 10 hours of wedding day management the day of your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly
• An assistant day-of coordinator 
• Establish and organize vendor time schedule and delivery timeframes
• Confirmation of details listed in the contract with all vendors
• Attending and coordinating of the rehearsal
• Creating and distributing of a customized wedding day itinerary to attendants/honored guests
• Be prepared to troubleshoot and intervene on any emergency situations/crises that may arise 
• Reserve seats for family/honored guests
• Pin flowers on bridal party and distribute bouquets
• Transporting of any ceremony decorations/florals to reception site 
• Cueing of the ushers and bridesmaids
• Making sure all final payments and gratituty are distributed appropriately

• Coordinating with the DJ/Emcee to ensure your song-selection is adhered to, and your timeline is followed
• Coordinating with the Photographer/Videographer to ensure the photos/footage you wish to have are taken
• Traffic check, with detour planning, if needed

This package is perfect for the newly engaged couple wondering “now what?” Begin by sharing  your ideas over the phone followed by a 2-hour cozy in-person meeting with a Professional Bridal Consultant™ who will offer you advice and recommendations on any wedding planning topic of your choice. This package is not inclusive of specialized rates/offers or referrals with preferred vendors.

Offering individual planning services for the couple who wants as much or as little help as you need, without the commitment of a package. Pricing for these services are customized per your individual needs, or hourly at $75 per hour.
